  • Concert hall

    A world famous company brass band required a new build rehearsal room and performance venue as part of a school campus.

    Offices, teaching rooms and associated facilities are all incorporated making this an important community hub for the local area.

  • Internal & external wall insulation

    This low-rise housing association building required both internal insulation as well as external fitting which incorporated multi-coloured cladding options, all exceeding the latest fire testing regulations.

  • School cycle track

    An under-utilised area of school playing field was ear marked for a new cycle training area.

    A circuit with road markings and signage sat alongside an undulating race circuit, not only promoting road safety, but also the health benefits of cycling.

  • Refurbishment

    The high rise apartment block had a much needed upgrade to mainly the exterior with new balconies, colourful cladding, and renewable energy systems installed.

    All planning, building regulation, environmental impact and fire safety standards were considered, and the colour scheme chosen by the residents from a series of designs and schemes we provided.
