Jason started at Fineline in March 2026, after many years of working alongside them in the Social Housing Retrofit sector.

Jason has almost 25 years operational management experience in social housing refurbishment, repairs & maintenance and construction, focusing in the past few years on PAS2035 and retrofit.

Jason has held senior positions at several Tier 1 Contractors including Equans, Mears and Novus Property Solutions. He has operated as Head of Operations, Project Director and Senior Operations Manager.

Jason’s extensive knowledge of retrofit installation and operational management will give Fineline a clearer understanding of how their designs will be implemented in the real world and the challenges of installing at scale.

Jason will also be responsible for our sister company, Gemini Design Solutions, and their business and product development – watch this space!
