On site survey Identification

Members of our Assessment Team are currently in your area carrying out Property Assessments in conjunction with your Local Housing Authority or Association, from which you should have received the initial instruction letter, and been contacted to arrange this visit.

This page is accessed via the Identification Card you will have been shown to guarantee that the Assessor carrying out the survey on your property is a member of our team and is qualified to conduct all appropriate inspections and tests required to ascertain property suitability for any Retrofit Measures which may help towards to the reduction of energy costs by improving efficiency within your home.

They will require access to all rooms, taking photographic evidence, including the loft where applicable, and access to windows.
