Megan Handby

Megan started assisting the busy admin team early in January 2026, after more than 10 years working in a customer service role in the hospitality industry, and is already busy on the phones organising assessments for our on-site survey team and being our main point of contact for enquiries.

Megan’s responsibilities include:

  • Survey Team bookings and queries

  • Information processing

  • Assisting with general office duties

  • Customer point of contact

Megan likes to makes the most of her rare spare time, as she’s a mum to twin girls, which keeps her busy, but likes to travel, dining out, shopping and spending quality time with her family.
