Richard has supported Fineline since June 2025 bringing 30+ years of experience in the architectural industry to the practice. Starting in the construction industry as an apprentice roofer with his father, Richard has developed his career as an architectural Technologist having worked at senior level for several West Yorkshire based architectural firms. He was a Director at Beckwith Design before semi-retiring and picking up his technical support role in FAD. Richard is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

Richard is a keen volunteer, balancing his work commitments with transporting the elderly to their

Parkinsons classes and helping to provide a hot meal and company to a group of elderly ladies in his

home town.
