    Over 30 detached, semi, and mews properties on a semi-rural site, all designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating the latest insulation and energy solutions, including EV charging and green space balance.

  • Halifax

    Initial schemes for a large site on a hillside, had to take into account various environmental factors, as well as being sympathetic to the surrounding countryside, whilst achieving nearly 500 properties comprising of mainly affordable semi-detached and mews style homes, whilst also providing shops, retirement homes, and a medical centre.

  • Alderley Edge

    A smaller site with 25 homes with semi detached and mews properties.

    Sustainability was a major consideration, with energy efficiency and green space balance also being important factors in the planning process.

  • Selby

    A site with 20 semi-detached homes, designed with sustainability and energy efficiency to create affordable family homes with larger than average garden space.

    Using materials and finishes common in the surrounding housing stock for local incorporation.
